Annual accounts of all companies and some limited partnerships must be audited and certified by licensed auditor. Annual audited account must be filed with the Ministry of Commerce within five months after the end of the fiscal year. It must also be lodged to the Revenue Department together with an annual corporate income tax return.

We apply proactive audit approach and provide consistent, high standard audit services.
