Ultima provides advisory services based on a fixed fee retainer type. Under the retainer agreement, Ultima tax experts provide certain services without the need for further fees or negotiations. The services include the following activities:

• Answer tax question by telephone/e-mail:  Ultima tax service team will provide verbal or short form answers on tax and regulatory matters to client on basic issues where further research and written confirmation is not necessarily required.  This is useful for second opinions, confirmation of interpretations, or "just checking" on any relevant issues.
  
• Monthly Tax Updates:  We will provide electronic copies of monthly or occationally Tax Update report. The report outlines new developments in tax issues and description of the regulations and our commentary on their effect and importance. 
  
• Regulations:  We can generally supply regulations and other official documents as they are officially released in draft or final form.  This service would be offered on an "as required" basis (note, this service excludes any translation costs).
