Cholada has audit background from Ernst & Young (EY). She also has extensive tax experience from Deloitte. Cholada has experience in advising on both accounting and tax issues affecting cross border transactions, international businesses investing in Thailand, etc. Recently, she has extended her technical expertise in Internal Control System Design and Internal Audit from more than 7 years working with companies prepared themselves to go public. She also gain in-house experiences in Finance & Accounting management from being Financial Controller in a multinational company. She can excellently applies her expertise gained from both internal and external professional services in getting the holistic advice to clients.
