Pakorn is our tax expert. He has been working in tax and legal areas for more than 24 years. He started the work as editor and tax advisor for a publishing company, reviewing several tax publications and the Revenue Code for 3 years, prior to joining Deloitte, a big four tax firm. Pakorn joined Ultima in early 2014. Pakorn has provided tax advice to a broad range of companies including commercial, industrial, financial, and BOI entities. Pakorn analyses tax risks and tax implications on clients' cases, and also develops tax planning project.

Pakorn has had extensive involvement in tax reviews, due diligence projects, merger and acquisition projects, and is experienced in providing tax representative services for clients negotiating with the Thai Revenue Department. Pakorn has assisted clients in the process of obtaining tax refunds and has also prepared tax ruling requests and tax appeals for submission to the Revenue Department. Pakorn’s extensive knowledge of direct and indirect taxes includes corporate income tax ,personal income tax, withholding tax, value added tax, stamp duty and Double Taxation Agreement ( DTA.).
